In times of anxiety and emergency, press the help button on the medical pendant you always wear. An alert signal will automatically be sent to base unit, transferring the signal to our monitoring center.

2. Speak through the pendant and communicate with our professional agent.

After pressing the button, you will be connected to our medical agent via two-way radio in the device. Just speak through the button and our agents will readily assist and determine the type of help you need. You can ask for a nearby loved one or neighbor to assist you. In times when you are unable to respond, our professional agents will then dispatch local emergency personnel or paramedics to your home. LifeRun will stay on the line until help arrives!
